About our Company
Georgetown Student Painting is a local Student Works Painting franchise founded by Quinton Carroll in 2020. Despite the pandemic, Carroll was able to satisfy over 200 clients in painting/staining services within the Halton Hills Area.
Over the years, Georgetown Student Painting has provided summer employment to 30+ local University/College students and has provided the opportunity for young aspiring entrepreneurs to pursue roles in marketing, sales, production management and even starting their own businesses.
Our number one goal is your satisfaction from start to finish. We are committed to our customers by providing quality residential/commercial painting services at a competitive price. In order to ensure our work is done right, we take the time to hire hard working, motivated individuals that are results driven and detail oriented.
Meet the Team!
Ariana
Ariana Varas is a fourth year Marketing Management student at the University of Guelph. With aspirations of building a real-estate empire, Ariana is seeking to grow her client relations and improving her efforts as an industry leader.
She started her journey with us three summers ago as a painter/crew leader and returned the following summer as a Production Manager. Over the last 2 summers, Ariana recruited a full Marketing Team that who curated over 350 door-to-door leads and recruited, trained and managed 8 crews of painters that successfully completed over 150 jobs. In total, Ariana managed $460k in revenue over the last 2 summers.
This year as a Business Owner/Operator, Ariana is committed to providing top performing painters and using the highest quality products to ensure the work is completed to excellence and is long lasting. Her focus is our customers satisfaction and ensuring a smooth process along the way.
Marketers
Meet our team of Door-to-door Marketers! Our canvassing team consist of results driven individuals that aspire to learn more transferable business skills such as customer service, communication, teamwork and time-management.
This role is crucial to the business as they are responsible for curating leads and generating jobs for the summer months.
Our Marketers are no stranger to the weather, so do not be surprised if they come knocking at your front door on a snowy winter day!
Painters
One of the most important roles within our team is our amazing group of painters. Our painting crews consist of 2-3 individuals that specialize in delivering all of our offering services in order to satisfy both interior and exterior painting/staining projects.
Each crew has a designated team leader who will be in communication and guide our clients through the project from start to finish. These leaders will direct their crew and make certain that the work is completed within the projected duration of the project.
This group of hard-working employees' work consecutive long days to ensure our clients receive quality service and utmost gratification.

We use technology, trends, research and the art and science of colour to help you rejuvenate your environment and achieve the look of your dreams.
